JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking foran experienced Internal Account Manager to deal with all inbound and outbound sales and developing new business – this is to work in a dynamic team and in an exciting growing company.
Role profile:- Call and develop all leads, new business and clients
- Provide a high quality customer service at all times
- Accurately capture information from customers to process an order in an efficient manner
- Enter key information onto system to process orders
- Lots of ad hoc tasks
Person profile:- Confident and self-motivated
- Highly organised and efficient with a structured approach
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills
Essential criteria:- Previous experience in a proactive account management role
