- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
A friendly, adaptable candidate with excellent customer service skills to work in a fast paced environment.
Role Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm (subject to change)
Salary: £8.50 - £9.50 per hour
Location: Loughborough
Duration: ASAP – Approx. 3 Weeks
Key skills for a successful applicant will be:
- A quick learner who can pick up new IT systems and databases quickly
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment
- An excellent telephone manner
- Happy to follow process and not deterred by repetitive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer focussed and results driven
- Logical, trustworthy, self-motivated and conscientious.
The position will involve taking a large amount of calls from existing clients wanting to renew their memberships and any other queries they may have.
The perfect candidate will be flexible with their working hours and adaptable.
