Duration: ASAP – Approx. 5 Months
Location: Shepshed
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 5
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Account Advisor who is used to working in a fast paced, busy environment.
Role profile:- - Deliver excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
- - Effectively manage one or more client accounts
- - Begin processing all customer orders, quotations and enquiries within 24 hours of being received
- - Gain a full understanding of customer expectations and maintain order books in line with this
- - Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met
- - Take full ownership of accounts and build upon relationships to ensure every opportunity for extra business is exhausted
Person profile:- - Must have previous customer service experience
- - Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- - Communication skills both written and verbal
