JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an effective and proactive Customer Service Manager:
Role profile:
· Commitment to delivering a first class customer, participant and member experience;
· The ability to develop team members and give clear direction;
· Experience using CRM platforms;
· Ability to manage data responsibly, and maintain GDPR compliance;
· Able to identify gaps and/or inefficiencies in service and develop the resources necessary to close these gaps;
· Able to equip the workforce with the skills and tools to work effectively, driving productivity and results;
· Proactive, big-picture thinker, with the ability to bring attention back to the detail when it matters;
Person profile:
· Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on own initiative
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Positive, energetic and self-motivated and experienced at motivating others;
