SALARY: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. After a period of training there is an opportunity to be offered hybrid working.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and drive for process improvement, this role is now available, offering support to the Financial Operations team from the company’s Leicestershire-based office.

Role profile:
- Minimising unallocated cash balances
- Daily cashiering and reconciliations
- Month end duties to include cash clearing, balance sheet reconciliations
- Account Management of clients and liaising with internal departments
- To manage payments, remittances and dealing with enquiries
- Setting and meeting objectives as agreed
Person profile:
- Accounting technical knowledge
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Confident, can-do attitude
- Excellent Excel skills; to include VLOOKUP’s and PivotTables
- Friendly, team player who can hit the ground running.
