TITLE: PA & Exec Assistant

JOB REF: 11167

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent  

LOCATION: Loughborough

SALARY: £14 - £18 per hour

HOURS: Part time; 25 - 30 hours per week

COMPANY BENEFITS: 20 days holidays + bank hols, flexible working

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced PA & Executive Assistant who is a sports enthusiast! This role is a new and crucial part of the team, and you will be required to support the Directors to achieve the business goals.

ROLE PROFILE:       

  • Diary management and meeting organisation.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings; taking notes and ensuring actions are tracked.
  • Support the Directors in project work & ensure deadlines are met.
  • Booking and arranging travel for Directors.
  • Managing expenses.
  • Supporting Directors in drafting business contracts.
  • Creating professional presentations for client meetings.

 

PERSON PROFILE:

  • Experience working within a similar role.
  • Versitile approach to work and a sports enthusiast.
  • Creative mindset and passionate about working with a likeminded team.

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent MS Office skills; Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
  • Experience of remote PA work is essential.
