SALARY: £70,000 per annum, plus bonus

HOURS: 40 hours per week, plus overtime

BENEFITS: Performance based bonus, enhanced company pension.

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is seeking an experienced Senior Account Lead to provide end to end project management for their clients. This position is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who was worked in the industry and is wanting a new challenge with a successful business. This role will involve a lot of travel to client sites and require overnight stays.

ROLE PROFILE:       

  • Full account management of a client account; including spend, building relationships and upselling.
  • Develop working relationships with potential clients and bring them on board.
  • Hold regular face to face meetings with clients.
  • Forecasting sales.
  • Assisting with recruitment of staff and adding additional staffing resources when required.
  • Deliver & maintain agreed project within technical and financial targets.
  • Overall responsibility for maintaining target profitability.
  • Work with other PM’s and allocate staff resources accordingly.
  • Ensure health and safety rules are implemented.

 

PERSON PROFILE:

  • 5 years’ work experience within a Project Management role.
  • MUST have 2 years shop fitting industry background.
  • Carpentry or other trade background also desirable.
  • Be able to bring client and trade contacts from previous roles.
  • Motivated and with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Possess strong planning and time management skills.
    • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Maintain and build business and working relationships.
    • Proficient IT Skills; Word & Excel.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • MUST have shop fitting and joinery industry background.
