SALARY: £25,000 per annum
HOURS:40 hours per week, 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

ROLE PROFILE:
- Receiving calls to report product faults.
- Scheduling visits for engineers.
- Booking of equipment and organising permits accordingly.
- Raising customer quotations.
- Ensuring CRM systems are accurately entered and up to date.
- Liaising with external teams.
PERSON PROFILE:
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience working within a similar role.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills
