TITLE: Export Account Co-ordinator

JOB REF: T3425

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6 months temporary ongoing with a possibility of a permanent opportunity

LOCATION: Ashby de la Zouch

SALARY: £29,000 depending on experience

HOURS: 40 hours per week

CAR PARKING: Parking on site

 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Export Account Co-ordinator. The candidate will play an integral part in the successful Export Customer Service and Logistics Team. Responsible for direct communications with top customers and effective negotiation skills.

ROLE PROFILE:

  • Day to day management of specific Export Accounts
  • Work with customers to build and nurture relationships
  • Meet service targets specified by the customers
  • Liaise closely on a daily basis with the Distribution and Factory teams to organise timely and costly effective despatch to the customer
  • Updating computer records
  • Supplier correspondence and filing

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • A customer service champion
  • Export/Supply Chain experience
  • Experience of working in a busy customer service environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible nature
  • Good It skills

 

 

DESIRED CRITERIA:

  • International supply chain experience
  • Export experience
