Role: Reception and Services Assistant  

Ref: T3419

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £12 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday full time hours. Ongoing Temp.

 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client based in Loughborough town centre, our client is a well-established financial services organisation with the reputation for providing a first class, friendly and efficient service to customers.

 

This position is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with exceptional customer service skills and a confident and effective communicator. You will be the first point of contact for customers into the head office along with supporting an internal department so being able to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

 

 

Role profile:

-          Welcoming visitors to the office and accompanying them around the building

-          Upholding the highest level of professionalism in all correspondence and telephone work

-          Manage meeting room diaries and arrange refreshments when required

-          Process all incoming and outgoing post for the company including collation, preparation and distribution.

-          Facilities management duties including contractor management and engineers on site

-          Support other internal departments with customer focussed administration when required

-          Various other administrative duties as and when required

 

Person profile:

-          Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills

-          Confident, professional communication skills both written and verbal

-          Ability to plan and organise work effectively

-          Team worker but ability to use initiative

-          Good attention to detail

-          Experience in providing customer service by phone, email, letter and office environment

-          Flexible, adaptable and happy to help with other areas of the business during peak times

 

Desired criteria:

-          Previous experience working within a financial company or associated industry would be advantageous

-          Previous administration experience

-          Previous customer service experience

 

Please note this company does not have staff parking and requires an immediate start, you will also be required to wear a staff uniform for this role which will be provided.
