SALARY: Up to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience

HOURS: 35 hours per week  full time

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Credit Controller who can hit the ground running.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller based within an established reputable company in Syston. Role profile:

• Day to day credit control duties – managing and collecting debts from company debtors
• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit ratings with insurers
• Posting of bank receipts to accounting system
• Liaising with solicitors for debts which need referring
• Managing of proforma invoices to be sent to customers
• Routine statements and payment reminders for credit control purposes
• Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-paid debts
• Aged debt reporting for all credit control activities
• Control credit limits
• Setting up new accounts for the credit control team
• Invoice processing
• Various other duties as and when required

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
• IT literate
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
