Role: Telephone Business Development Manager

Duration: Permanent
Location: Loughborough
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 36.25 Monday to Friday or part-time up to 24 hours per week.

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for someone to build and develop effective relationships with new and existing customers. To act as the first point of contact, while delivering consistent first-class service and monitoring customer caseload.

Role profile:
- Provide first class customer service, demonstrating competence while building confidence and loyalty to the brand.
- Build productive, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with peers, colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure all relevant products are accurately displayed and effectively promoted across sourcing systems.
- Ensure that all customer data is sourced, maintained and managed in line with GDPR regulations, Company procedures and Business Development processes.
Person profile:
- Background in mortgages and/or property market.
- Strong problem-solving skills that enable the timely identification of solutions in complicated circumstances.
- Effective planning, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and sales focused with an eye for detail and able to work accurately whilst using your initiative.
- A good communicator who is well organised, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills would be advantageous.
