TITLE: Facilities and Compliance Administrator

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary Ongoing

LOCATION: Coalville

SALARY: £13.63 per hour and £15.99 for weekend overtime.

HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00

 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced administrator to join their Facilities and Compliance team. This role is an ongoing temporary position on a full-time basis and the ideal candidate will enjoy a varied position including meeting and greeting visitors onto site, assisting various departments with general administration and heading up community engagement and fundraising activities.

 

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys a varied administration position with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and has had similar experience working for a medium/large organisation.

 

Role profile: to provide extensive administrative support to the company including reception, compliance and facility management duties.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage the reception area, meeting and greeting guests and keeping tidy and orderly.
  • General administration to various departments and accurate filing of documentation
  • Site inductions for new staff and visitors to site
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Minute taking for meetings
  • Meeting room bookings and arranging catering when required
  • Fire alarm testing on a regular basis
  • Ensuring notice boards are kept up to date
  • Stationery stock take and ordering
  • Keeping various compliance and site induction files up to date and accurately record information
  • Various other duties to cover other staff members when required

 

Person profile:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Experience working on a reception desk
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Conscientious personality
  • Previous experience in a varied administrative role and ability to prioritise
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience minute taking in meetings
