EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Immediate start as a temporary worker
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: Up to £16.00 per hour dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm half and hour lunch
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Interim Manager on a temporary basis to cover for an interim period. This role will be based in Loughborough in a fast-paced environment. Our client is ideally looking to recruit on a full-time basis and someone who can manage and support clients and staff.
 
The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a busy team in an organisation who makes a real difference, the ideal candidate will have experience supervising and supporting staff, providing support to clients and Senior Management and have experience in a general management role. You will need a can-do attitude and be able to think on your feet.
 
Role profile:
  • General management support to the office and senior management team
  • Handling all queries from clients alongside the team
  • If you do not know the answer for the clients take their details and get back to them with the solution
  • Be able to multitask and drop everything when an urgent call occurs
  • Steer the team for the common goal of supporting clients at all times
  • Various other duties as and when required
 
Person profile:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills particularly in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Committed to providing quality service, promoting high standards within the business
  • Previous experience within a similar Manager role essential
  • Experience in providing support to Board Level and Senior Management
  • Confidential with a good understanding of compliance within the workplace
  • Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment working under pressure
