Duration: Immediate start – 6 months temping
Location:Loughborough
Salary:£12.00 per hour
Hours:Monday to Friday 08:45am – 4pm occasional Saturday mornings 9am – 12pm on a rota basis.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client based in Loughborough town centre, our client is a well-established financial services organisation who pride themselves on offering excellent customer service in a friendly, small team and seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in branch.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with a positive, can-do attitude and ideally have experience in a customer facing role.
Role profile:- To carry out all customer account related administration
- Providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers
- Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures
- Carrying out customer requests and transactions
- Accurately scan and file customer documentation
- Working flexibly as part of a team
- Helping other areas of the business as and when required
Person profile:- Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in providing customer service by phone, email, letter and office environment
Desired criteria:- Previous experience working within a financial company or associated industry would be advantageous
- Previous administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
