TITLE: Office Manager/ (12-month fixed term contract)
JOB REF: PV11126
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract starting Mid-March 2024
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: Up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – will consider part time hours, 28 hours per week +

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Office Manager on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who will be available from Mid-March 2024 for a year who already has Office Manager experience and used to working in a fast paced, busy environment.
Our client is ideally looking to recruit on a full-time basis but will also consider Part Time of around 28 hours per week, either shorter days Monday to Friday or Tuesday – Friday full days.
The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a busy team in the healthcare sector as Office Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience taking minutes, providing administrative support to Senior Management and have experience in a general office manager role. If you have previously worked within the healthcare sector, this will be beneficial.
Role profile:
- General Administrative support to the office and senior management team.
- Diary management
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, emails, messages and office supplies
- Taking minutes regularly in meetings
- HR Support including onboarding of new staff and contracts
- Assist with production and development of newsletters, website and social media
- Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills particularly in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Committed to providing quality service, promoting high standards within the business
- Minute taking experience
- Previous experience within a similar Office Manager role essential
- Experience in providing support to Board Level and Senior Management
- Confidential with a good understanding of compliance within the workplace
- Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment working under pressure
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willing to work from different locations within Leicestershire if required
