Hours:25 per week, ideally Mon – Weds, but can be flexible.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service and Finance Support candidate.
The role: The role will involve customer service and finance, providing customers with an excellent service to include processing goods, dealing with suppliers, sales orders, stock and invoicing. This is a great role working in an established business that are successful and where you can add value to the small, dedicated finance and customer service teams.
Role profile:
• Processing sales and stock orders
• Communicating with customers regarding lead times and any delivery discrepancies.
• Dealing with accounts receivable.
• Manging the company banking and invoicing.
• Managing the centralised inbox and dealing with enquiries.
• Maintaining the stock levels
• Managing the supply chain f goods.
• Supporting import and export departments.
• Helping to arrange exhibition
Person profile:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to professionally manage customer and client queries
• Finance admin experience would be beneficial
• Analytical and driven
