Salary: £25,000 up to £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for an Office Manager who is very hands on and an excellent all-round administrator. This is a brand-new position to go in and really make it your own. Dealing with eery aspect of office management from HR admin, Sales Admin, social media, Finance Admin plus much more.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced office administrator to work in a growing and developing business who will make a real mark within their field.
Role profile:- Dealing with all deliveries both onto the site and arranging for them to be sent out
- HR admin to include collating timesheets, staff holiday requests, coordinating the onboarding of new staff, issuing contracts
- Sales & Marketing admin, to include delivering social media and event activities
- Ordering goods
- H&S admin related tasks
- Risk assessment admin related tasks
- PA to executive board
- Finance admin to include payroll admin and dealing with accounts payable and sales ledger
