Duration: ASAP Temporary for approximately 4 months
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £11.94 per hoour
Hours: 36.25 hours Monday to Friday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced administrator to assist and support an internal department with all administrative duties. There is also a customer service element to the role so previous experience in a customer-focussed role is beneficial. The ideal candidate will also have worked within financial services previously and have excellent attention to detail and be self motivated.

Role profile:- - Provide excellent customer service across all channels
- - Provide administrative support to the department
- - First point of contact for all enquiries into the department, providing professional, confidential service
- - Gain a thorough understanding of available products and effectively communicate these to customers when required
- - Ensure all data held is kept in line with GDPR regulations and organisation Procedures and policies
- - Accurate scanning and filing of all customer documentation
- - Proactive approach to working, coming up with new ideas and ways of improving the level of service
- provided to clients
- - Build effective and mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- - Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:- - Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills
- - Self motivated and keen to improve sales and service levels
- - Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Experience of working in an environment with lots of telephone interaction
- - GCSE’s C/Level 4 and above in English and Maths
- - Team player
- - Organised, professional and enthusiastic
Desired criteria:- -Previous experience working within a financial services would be advantageous
