Mon to Friday part time 9-3pm with overtime required in June – August.
Hours are part time but our client is flexible on hours, for instance it is likely to be full time during the summer months but during quieter times you can maybe take more holiday to be discussed
Salary up to £26,500 for 30 hours and it is a Permanent position
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis to join their small, dedicated team. This is working in a great company who are very friendly and look after their staff. The team are very hands on and help each other out in all areas of the business. They look after rented properties.
Role description:- - To effectively manage the office
- - Answering phone calls
- - Responding to tenants’ queries
- - Allocating work to contractors
- - Dealing with utility companies, councils
- - Regular house visits to check on cleaning and repair requirements
- - Helping with book- keeping
- - Keeping up to date with utilities admin
- - Website admin
- - Promoting their social media presence
- - Lots of ad hoc tasks
Person specification:- - Must have admin experience within an office environment
- - Must be great on social media platforms
- - Someone with common sense and who is able to think on their feet
- - Need to be driven and have lots of initiative
- - Self-motivated and adaptable
- - Must be a driver and have own transport
