HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their support team offering products and services for businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Role profile:- Receiving and processing sales orders over the phone and via email
- Liaising with internal departments
- Dealing with customer enquiries, pricing queries and amending orders
- File and keep record of customer orders across multiple Microsoft platforms
- Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:- Friendly, team player
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- One year experience working in a customer support role would be preferable
- Strong problem solving
