Role: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Shepshed
Reference: PV 11097
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 per annum with a discretionary salary increase following successful probationary period
Hours: Monday to Friday full or part time, between 30 and 40 hours per week negotiable
including 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 12pm on a rotation basis
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Administrator; you will be 1st point of contact for all customers contacting the company for whatever requirements, and to ensure a timely, efficient and cost-effective solution is provided. This is a busy, fast paced environment so will suit somebody who is happy working in such an environment.

Role profile:
  • Accurately process orders in line with production and transport deadlines
  • Be the first point of contact for all telephone and email communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers alike
  • File and keep record of customer orders across multiple Microsoft platforms
  • Provide admin support where required to other areas of the business
  • Timely customer query resolution, escalating where necessary
  • Various other duties as and when required
 
Person Profile:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Very strong customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales admin role
  • Proactive, friendly and positive thinker
 
 
Desired criteria:
  • Own transport
  • Knowledge of CRM Database System and Sage
