SALARY: £21,000 - £25,500 per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Full time 37.5 hours Mon to Thurs 8.30am – 5pm Fri 8.30am – 3.45pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Marketing and Sales Support Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team. This position may suit a graduate from a Biological, Biomedical, Business or Marketing background or somebody with previous experience in a similar role.

Role profile:- - Implement Marketing Campaigns using materials from Head Office
- - Arrange attendance to exhibitions and events, including booking stands, organising samples and adding leads to the CRM.
- - Liaise with the Sales team to gain a thorough understanding of customers and markets
- - Assist Head Office in preparation and proofreading of brochures and technical documents
- - Stay up to date with product knowledge including features, functionality and issues and resolutions
- - Assist in product improvement by collating customer feedback and relaying suggestions to relevant teams
- - Manage the Service email inbox, respond to customer requests and escalate where necessary
- - Create and update user manuals and files
- - Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:- - A team player who can prioritise, escalate and cover colleagues when required
- - Excellent customer service skills
- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- - Competent in MS Office
- - A forward thinker with a logical approach to problem solving
- - A degree in Biological, Biomedical, Business or Marketing would be desirable
