JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora candidate that has experience of supporting the proposal and bid submission process. The Proposal Co-ordinator will join a growing team with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business. You will be tasked with leading the bid process to deliver cost effective and high-quality responses.
This is a fabulous role for a someone with business proposal experience who wants to work in an impressive and highly innovative organisation.
Role profile:- Develop strong relationships to understand the business pipelines and optimise the pre-engagement stage of the bid process.
- Lead the response planning sessions and communicate to team members.
- Create impactful, well-structured and compliant proposals.
Person profile:- Experience of project managing proposals and keeping on track.
- Ability to produce proposals to a high standard.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills.
