SALARY: Up to £26,000 per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hours lunch.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have office experience and provide administrative support to the business, directors and senior leadership.
The Opportunity:
You will provide support to various business functions, with a high-level involvement in finance and compliance-related tasks. You will also be responsible for the general administrative and logistical requirements for the office, liaising with a range of colleagues from your and other business units.
Role profile:- Assisting the internal Finance function with invoice management, debtors, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Assisting inhouse departments with client management, management information, client correspondence, reporting and general administrative support.
- Diary management and meeting scheduling for the Directors
- Organising and booking travel and accommodation.
- Organising internal and external meetings, events, and workshops.
- Keeping and distributing minutes in board and management meetings
- Assisting with expenses and holiday processes.
- Ordering stationary supplies.
Person profile:- Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably with involvement in financial duties.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to business excellence.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
- Experienced in working with complex and large volumes of data, and sensitive information.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
