Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 + Bonus & other fantastic benefits
Hours: Mon to Fri 35 hours per week flexible between 7am – 8pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a pro-active, Document Solution Team Leader who can provide a broad range of business-critical services. As a Document specialist this is a hands-on role, you will have had experience within a document production and distribution role before and you will be responsible for the operational delivery of the document and records management functions. You will have worked in a legal or professional environment and have experience of supervising a team.

ROLE PROFILE:- Educate and help clients so they understand the importance of this team and the service they provide
- Develop processes and welcome change
- Deal with client queries
- Supervise and manage a team
- Manage the production of documents
- Manage workloads for the team
- Promoting the teams service to all internal staff
- Have used a records management system
- Ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to throughout
- Lots of ad hoc tasks
PERSON PROFILE:- You must have supervisory experience in a document production and distribution environment
- Educate and advise clients on what they need to do
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain and build client relationships through excellent customer service at all times
- Inquisitive and driven to see a problem through to the end
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Proven ability to manage a team
- Ability to prioritise own workload and supervise workloads for your team
- Previous experience within a professional environment
- Customer service focussed
- Experienced working with Microsoft Office, and a Records management system
