Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm 1 hour lunch
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Cashier to join their lively and pressurised finance department.
ROLE PROFILE:- - Importing, checking and matching of BACs receipts from the online portal
- - Filing of transaction paperwork
- - Perform Suspicious Activity Report compliance control checks
- - Liaise with clients
- - Ensure all documentation is complete, correct and kept up to date
- - Prepare and execute fund transfers ensuring authentication procedures are adhered to
- - Other finance department duties as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:- - Previous experience in a cashier/finance role
- - A can-do attitude with the ability to manage own workload and be self-motivated
- - Experience of using legal accounting software desirable
- - IT literate, particularly Excel and Word
- - Responsible, confidential personality
- - Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, senior management and partners
