Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for an experienced Production Manager with extensive horticultural knowledge.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work in a growing and developing business in which you shall will be a pivotal part of.
Role profile:
Leading, managing, and developing the production team
Preparation of reports against production KPI’s
Management of multiple projects
Management of continuous development of production control systems
Production planning
Responsibility of all production Health, Safety and environmental activities and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed and updated accordingly
Review and implementation of HR policies
Plan and lead the production team
Development and improvement of facilities as required for future production requirements
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and ability to give clear and concise instructions
Experience of managing multiple long term projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability and understanding of all objectives, policies and procedures required
Team player and ability to work effectively with all internal and external colleagues and stakeholders
