JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a – Mortgage Administrator to provide support within Mortgage Acquisition Direct Sales Team providing administrative support across the team.
- Providing and building excellent customer service relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines at all times
- Providing a professional first point of contact for both new and existing mortgage customers
- Effective production, preparation and packaging of applications
- Providing a professional first contact for the direct sales emails and telephone calls, replying with appropriate service levels
- Work with other teams and departments to ensure business objectives are met
- Carry out requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Accurately update customer data and account records
- Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
Person profile:- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
Desired criteria:- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Previous Financial Service/Mortgage related experience
