LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £24,500 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday, full time Shift pattern is one week 6am – 3pm and the other week 9am to 6pm – there will also be one in six Saturday mornings 8am-12pm

The Opportunity:
Assist the Service Management department, ensuring a first class customer experience is had, offering knowledgeable and informed advice.
The Company:

Role profile:- To give repair estimates and price quotations and offer repair suggestions.
- Manage the service request process, including logging, processing and progressing enquiries
- Accurately input data on an internal, bespoke database
- Prepare quotation letters ready to be sent out
- Scanning paperwork onto the database and filing electronically
- Liaise with clients via telephone and email
- Sort the departments incoming and outgoing post
- General Admin duties as and when required
Person profile:- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good English and numeracy skills
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Good keyboard skills
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Good organisation skills
Essential criteria:- Previous experience in a service advisor position.
- Experiencing using IT systems including Voyager, Enterprise and Challenge.
- Experience speaking and liaising with customers on the phone and via email
