SALARY: £22,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Opportunity:
Assist an internal department with all administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day clerical activities
The Company:

Role profile:- - Accurately input data on an internal, bespoke database
- - Produce reports and other documentation when required
- - Manage incoming and outgoing post for the department
- - File documentation digitally
- - Assist with Health and Safety compliance in the office
- - Manage meeting room bookings for the department
- - General office administration duties
Person profile:- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- - Good computer skills, particularly typing accuracy
- - Confident and courteous telephone manner
- - Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
