Location: Nottingham
Salary: upto £55,000
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm 1 hour lunch break
Opportunity to work in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an interim HR Delivery Manager who has extensive experience of Shared Services.
ROLE PROFILE:
Develop and lead the HR Services Team
Running an effective operational service
Continuous Improvement
Review and implementation of policies and procedures
Constantly researching HR best practices and current employment law
Lead and implement HR projects
Business Continuity Planning
PERSON PROFILE:
CIPD qualified
Team Leadership experience
Proven experience of writing policies and procedures
Ability to work independently
Ability to solve complex problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
HR Service delivery experience
