SALARY: £23,000 per annum
HOURS: 37.25 hours per week Monday to Friday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced, senior Accounts Payable Administrator who can hit the ground running. You will process, reconcile all supplier transactions accurately.
The Opportunity:
This position is a permanent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator based within an extremely reputable organisation in Loughborough.
Role profile of the Accounts Payable Administrator:- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Matching invoices
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Investigating and resolving missing/unknown transactions
- Processing payment runs
- Posting direct debit invoices
- Managing queries and assisting with the query resolution process
- Downloading invoices from portals
- Chasing suppliers for invoices where missing
- Actively working towards getting invoices raised and approved in a timely manner ready for posting and payment
- Assisting with supporting other teams when needed
- Other duties as and when required
Person profile:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to use initiative and ask relevant questions when required
A natural problem solver
Ability to work to deadlines
