Insurance Advisor

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Insurance Advisor; previous experience in a similar role is not essential as thorough training will be given but the right candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a natural flair for building and maintaining client relationships, previous experience in a customer focussed setting will be beneficial along with an interest and tenacity for sales.

• - Manage customer needs and expectations, reviewing and advising on insurance requirements over the phone, via email and face to face

• - Make outbound calls to attract new clients and reach personal sales targets
•  
• - Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•  
• - Take an active approach to understanding all company products
•  
• - Manage and process all insurance claims within your remit
•  
• - Produce and send renewal documentation out to clients in a timely manner
•  
• - Ensure customer payment and collection assisting with company credit control
•  
• - Various other administrative duties as and when required
