Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking to recruit an Office Co-ordinator who enjoys variety in a role, picks up tasks as and when required and enjoys working as part of a team.
The Opportunity:
This position ideally requires an immediate start and will be on a temporary basis. This role is varied and would suit a flexible candidate who is happy to pick up ad hoc tasks when required.
Role- To provide a professional service to existing and potential customers
- To efficiently deal with customer enquiries on the phone and via email
- To assist with the day to day running of the office
- Keep all spreadsheets accurately up to date
- Be extremely organised and deal with various paperwork
- Manage deposits, agreements and corresponding legalities
- Assist in on site viewing and inspections
Personal Profile- Must have lots of initiative and enjoy administration and providing helpful and polite customer service
- Confident with excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants and external organisations
- Excellent communication and Microsoft office skills
- Hands on approach to work
- Willing to go above and beyond their remit during busy periods
- Composed in a busy and fast paced working environment
Desired Criteria- Previous experience Woking in the property industry
- Knowledge of the local area
