Hours:Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a successful Loughborough based client who are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to support the office team with a variety of administrative duties. Reporting directly to the Operations Director the successful candidate will be in charge of the smooth running of the office, foreseeing issues before they arise and making informed decisions.
Duties:
- - Provide general office support
- - Order and maintain stationery and other supplies
- - Supervision of weekly cleaning and organise office storage
- - Take management of uniform distribution, maintenance and returns
- - Make travel bookings when required
- - Assist with the production of PowerPoint proposals and presentations
- - Answer the telephone and office email inbox
- - Ensure office compliance materials are kept up to date
- - Update the CRM system and maintain
- - Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:- - Excellent, professional communication skills both written and verbal
- - Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- - A problem solver who can make informed decisions
- - A team player who is happy to undertake jobs outside of their remit to ensure smooth running of the business
- - Previous experience in a similar role is essential
