SALARY: Up to £45k per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced, qualified HR Manager to oversee and manage the HR function for the business
The Opportunity:
This position is a great opportunity to work within an established company in Shepshed on a full time basis. Liaising with senior management you will take control of all HR related duties, particularly encouraging a strong company culture in line with the company’s ethics and values.
Role profile:- - Implement all business HR duties
- - Put in place recruitment processes and procedures to streamline the process of on boarding new staff members, assisting hiring managers
- - Draft all contractual paperwork and offer letters
- - Adhere to company best practice and governmental compliance at all times
- - Handle all staff queries including disciplinary action, grievances, appraisals, training etc.
- - Various other duties as and when required
Person Profile- - Experienced HR Management professional
- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- - A leader who can imagine and implement processes and practices to enhance the company HR function
- - Confidential and discrete
- - Approachable and professional
Required Skills- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- - Previous experience in a similar role
- - Thorough understanding of employment legislation
- - Experience in change management
- - CIPD preferred
