Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum plus opportunity to work towards a yearly bonus
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm 1 hour lunch break
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a confident, experienced Office Manager who has previously worked within the legal sector to manage and lead a team of Support Administrators

ROLE PROFILE:
- - Co-manage a team of around 30 support assistants ensuring full management and HR duties are carried out including annual appraisals, induction of new starters, individual development plans etc.
- - Liaise with other Managers to ensure resources are being allocated where needed to ensure smooth running of the business
- - Manage the recruitment process for the department
- - Develop relationships to gain thorough understanding of client needs and requirements, ensuring
- KPI’s/SLA’s are being met
- - Actively review processes and introduce procedural improvements where required
- - Various other duties as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:
- - Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- - Prior experience of managing a team
- - Confidential and discrete
- - People person who will be confident acting as a mentor and role model for colleagues within the department
- - Motivational, proactive and forward thinking
- - Must be able to take responsibility for own work and work well under pressure
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- - Previous experience within a similar role in a legal environment
- - Previous experience of managing a team and/or management qualifications
