TITLE: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR
JOB REF: 10926
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 12 Month FTC
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: £24,000 per annum Pro Rata £14,403
HOURS: Part Time 22.5 Hours per week
 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Employee Relations or HR candidate who is willing to take the lead and implement new processes whilst engaging with employees throughout the business to ensure HR practices are handled in best practice

 
 
Role profile:

  • - Guide staff and provide advice to colleagues in HR matters
  •  
  • - Offer HR support for investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
  •  
  • - Note taking in HR meetings, grievances and hearings
  •  
  • - Liaise with department managers on performance related issues
  •  
  • - Keep electronic and manual filing systems up to date
  •  
  • - Ensure contracts of employment, DBS checks and relevant health assessments are completed in a timely manner
  •  
  • - General administrative duties as and when required
 
Essential Experience:
  •  
  • - Prior Employee Relations or Human Resources experience
  •  
  • - Performance and Talent Management experience
  •  
  • - Up to date knowledge of employment law
  •  
  • - Previous experience of handling situations and data with discretion and confidentiality
  •  
  • - Certificate in HR or equivalent experience
  •  
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  •  
  • - Willingness to work flexible hours when required
  •  
  • - Strong IT skills particularly Excel, Mail Merge and Word
