Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £20,500 - £21,750

Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm 1 hour lunch break
 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a pro-active, organised candidate with a background in administration – somebody who can oversee admin based tasks and coordinate a small team of administrators.

ROLE PROFILE:  
  • - Updating and maintaining files to ensure documents are up to date and correctly stored
  •  
  • - Manage workloads within the team, ensuring tasks are delegated between the team fairly
  •  
  • - Oversee the team workload to ensure deadlines are met
  •  
  • - Develop understanding of client contracts and schemes
  •  
  •  -Opening and closing files ensuring they are correctly set up on relevant document/case management system
  •  
  • - Build client relationships and respond to queries and requests
  •  
  • - Liaise with team members and other departments relating to work requirements and work instruction
  •  
  • - Various administrative tasks as and when required
 
PERSON PROFILE:
  • - Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  •  
  • - Previous experience within administrative capacity
  •  
  • - Confidential and discreet
  •  
  • - Experienced and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  •  
  • - Must be able to take responsibility for own work
  •  
  • - Positive, can do attitude with excellent attention to detail
 
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • - Proven ability to manage and prioritise workloads
  •  
  • - Previous experience within a professional environment
  •  
  • - Customer service focussed
