Role: Admin Team Leader
Location: Syston
Reference: PV10908
Duration: 16 months contract
Hours: 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an efficient and experienced Admin Team Leader to administrate and coordinate all in house activities.You ideally will have experience of people management and possess great soft skills, and confidence to help the small team problem solve and deal with workload priorities at busy times. The role will be hybrid so if you would like to you could work from home 2-3 days per week as well as in the office.
 
Job Profile:
The role involves leading a small dedicated team who provide efficient admin to a particular area of the business.
We are looking for someone who has good financial acumen - we need someone confident problem-solving finance issues.
It is a regular part of the role to identify and resolve issues as well as track flows of finance
 
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Creating and coordinating all new contracts according to agreed templates
  • Acquiring the relevant signatories
  • Executing all the work behind updating contracts and issuing new licensing terms
  • Updating files
  • Renewing contracts
  • Providing reports for IT projects and dealing with data uploads
  • You have sound IT literacy – the client uses SAP and other database systems for reports and data entry
  • Assisting with reporting and tracking of departmental budgets
  • Communicating with key stake holders within the business
  • Lots of ad hoc tasks and duties
 
Person Specification
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently managing own workload as well as looking after the team
  • Strong communication skills working across teams/clients
  • Need to be highly organised
  • Ability to proofread content
  • Interest in reading would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
