- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora temporary Customer Service Administrator to provide efficient and effective high quality customer service.
Role profile:- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email for all members
- Manage and resolve any queries in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure information is accurate and updated on various systems and processes
- General administration duties
Person profile:- Experience of delivering high quality customer service
- Excellent experience of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
