- Description
- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Employability Co-ordinator. If you have a current DBS that would be ideal, but if not then our client will do this before you start. This role will be engaging with employers to secure work/industry placements.
Role profile:- Organise placements both in work and industry
- Complete health and safety checks
- Carry out risk assessments
- Conduct employability workshops
- Liaise with leaners and curriculum teams to match placements
Person profile:- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative and work independently
- Previous experience
Desired criteria:- DBS checked already holding a current in date certificate
