JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent Account Manager to join the friendly vibrant team. You could be currently working as an Account Manager or a great graduate who has the capacity to conduct excellent customer services.
Role profile of Account Manager:
Person profile of Account Manager:- Ownership of customer accounts
- Outbound customer contact regarding new and existing accounts
- Inbound query management via phone, email and online chat software
- Up sell and cross sell additional products
- Build relationships with current and new potential clients
- Liaise with other departments
- Adhere to company requirements
- To maintain a high degree of product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Promote a positive Company image to all clients
