JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking foran effective and proactive employee for a role as a Brand Manager to ensure all the necessary product marketing and development are analysed and met for the projected and forecasted sales demands.
Role profile:- Good relationships with the brand’s primary contact.
- Feedback from brands on how the organisation is performing in comparison to other global distributors.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the sales team resulting in effective teamwork.
- Annual budget management.
- Number of points within brand plan which are met by the end of the year.
- ROI on marketing projects.
- Monthly stock figures and rate of rotation.
Person profile:- Ability to work creatively and commercially
- Project Management
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Effective communicator
- Competent in all MS Office applications
- Ability to budget
- Marketing
Essential criteria:- Strong experience in marketing
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Innovative and Creative
- Level 3 in Marketing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Brand Management or similar
Desired criteria:- CIM Level 4 (or working towards)
