Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Hours: Mon to Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a motivated, driven Sales team player.

ROLE PROFILE:
Due to the continued growth and success, a need has risen to join a dynamic sales team as a sales representative.
- Generating new leads
- Understanding and promoting the various groups’ product ranges
- Taking incoming calls
- Processing the orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Making calls to the existing customer database identifying their needs
- Dealing with customers’ orders, card payments, enquiries and complaints
- Advising about products and services
- Maintaining accurate customer records and admin duties
- Liaising with couriers and logistics companies to resolve delivery queries
- Assisting the sales team with admin support
- Ad hoc duties as required
PERSON PROFILE:- Sales and cold calling experience (Essential) in order to sell existing products, upsell and promote other company products
- Customer service experience and skills
- Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A natural relationship builder
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Sales and cold calling experience (Essential)
- Customer service skills (Essential)
- Quick learner and attention to detail (Essential)
- Confident and good telephone manner (Essential)
- Ideally having worked in a busy customer contact team
