TITLE: Customer Care Telesales Co-ordinator

JOB REF: T3201

Duration: Temporary – 2/3 months

LOCATION: Ashby De La Zouch

SALARY: £19,000

HOURS: 40 hours per week

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
A motivated and driven Customer Care candidate who enjoys a telesales element to their role

ROLE PROFILE:

  • - Provide excellent customer service to a number of top customers
  •  
  • - Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure customer expectations and forecasts are managed
  •  
  • - Liaise with distribution centres to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and timescales are met
  •  
  • - Build relationships with customers and a thorough understanding of the day to day running of the accounts to assist with holiday cover
  •  
  • - Ensure internal KPI’s are met

PERSON PROFILE:
  •  
  • - Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  •  
  • - A quick learner who can use own initiative
  •  
  • - Excellent communication both written and verbal
  •  
  • - Ability to work well in a team and be motivated and driven
  •  
  • - Fantastic customer service skills
