JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an effective and proactive employee for a role as an Inventory Stock Analyst to ensure all the necessary inventory levels are analysed and met for the projected and forecasted sales demands.
Role profile:- - Monitor stock levels and ordering stock to meet demands adhering to all KPIs set
- - Setting price reviews and ensuring costs are correct and attributing the duty rates and freights percentages
- - Knowledge of freight importation methods
- - Analyse and amend product forecasts
- - Analyse stock flow patterns
- - Providing monthly and ad hoc reports for the business
- - Purchasing duties and related admin
- - Lots of inter-departmental communications
- - Analysing slow moving inventory monthly
- - Processing and producing stock invoices
- - Helping other departments and ad hoc duties
Person profile:- - Highly organised
- - Natural ability and a desire for problem solving
- - Ability to work to tight deadlines, KPI’s and work on own initiative
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Essential criteria:- - Strong experience in interpreting stock and analysis of this
- - Volume of reviews is high daily so need to make quick but accurate decisions
- - Advanced Excel to include working knowledge of v lookups and pivot tables
Desired criteria:- - Degree level Education
