Hours: 37 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Sales Support Admin with excellent communication skills.
ROLE PROFILE:- - Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate
- - Contact with contractors to initiate sales leads
- - Forward qualified leads to external sales teams with contact information and background
- - Update and maintain records and reports
- - Receive, respond and send correspondence when necessary
PERSON PROFILE:- - Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- - Able to prioritise own workload
- - Able to work alone or in a tam
- - Experience working in a fast paced environment
- - Strong, outgoing personality
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- - Computer literate and experienced using MS Office
- - Accurate in data entry and record keeping
DESIRED CRITERIA:- - Full clean driving licence
