Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon to Fri
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a permanent position to start as soon as possible. This is to provide full support to the HR Manager and you must have relevant experience to apply.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Employment legisaltion – to keep abreast of latest changes and ensure these are applied
- Building strong working relationships
- Always seeking to give the best advice on all HR topics alongside the HR Manager
- Prepare and collect all new starter and onboarding documentation, and set them up on all systems
- Assist with L&D
- Manage the admin of all training sessions and events
- Aid in all areas of HR as necessary
- Manage HR systems
- Keep HR records up-to-date and compliant with local legislation, corporate policies and GDPR
- Support the HR team in any kind of ad hoc HR projects
PERSON PROFILE:
- Higher Education Degree and/or CIPD qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work methodically, consistently and be a self-starter
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills including tact and discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to objectively and systematically analyse problems in order to make the most effective decisions, through logical and creative approaches
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in a busy HR role at a similar level
- Be able to commit to the whole temporary assignment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Proven knowledge of HR processes
